One of the best pizza places in NYC! Always on point. Classic pizza joint feel, with tons of toppings options. Honestly can't go wrong with any slice here, but their classic cheese slice is superb. Service is always quick and easy unless it's after work / school then it gets a little busy!

The last time I visited Rosa's Pizza was over 10 years old when I was a kid but since moving back home, I decided to stop back in. I absolutely love the Sicilian Pizza. It always comes out hot and fresh, plus the tomato sauce is just perfect with a nice salty sweetness! The staff is also super nice and one slice came out to be $2.98 which is a steal for compared to worse pizza for more in Manhattan. I might be biased because of the nostalgia but I truly think Rosa's in Maspeth is one of the best pizzerias in NYC! I can't say the same for the other locations I've tried but the Maspeth location never disappoints and reigns as the OG. I'm forever grateful that it's just a short walk away from home and open late to accommodate any late night pizza cravings!

I don't love pizza i like it lol and sometimes you know it's a hit or miss. My husband was raving about this spot. We were in the neighborhood on a rainy day we went in nice and clean and warm since it was cold outside. That already gave them a few stars lol i HaTE being cold when im eating. We sat in a corner, you order and then pay with the cashier. I got the margherita and OMG! Honestly the best I have ever had. Tasted fresh the cheese was perfect and not too crazy with the sauce. Even the garlic knots were good. Some places they are wayy too garlicky. My daughters had a plain pizza the other a pepperoni she said the pepperoni was a bit spicy lol she's 12. My husband got a buffalo chicken pizza. Even the bathroom was clean lol will definitely come again

Stopped by on a whim for take out. I had always heard great things about Rosa's but somehow never was able to try it. Got a pinwheel, regular slice, grandma slice and a Sicilian slice. Everything was delicious. I would make the journey back!

BLUF: One of the better pizza chains in New York City. Open late. We stopped by Rosa's Pizza original location on a late weeknight, and ordered two slices. - Upside-Down: A rectangular slice with cheese as the bottom layer (on top of the bread), and tomato sauce on top. The cheese and the bread were good, the tomato sauce was a little too tart. - Regular slice: Everything was very good with this slice, from the cheese to the crispness of the crust. Nothing was burnt, there was no excess grease. There was consistency in every bite. Having recently visited Di Fara's original location in Midwood, Brooklyn, I would say that Rosa's plain slice is much better than Di Fara's, although they are made and might be judged differently.

I'm no stranger to Rosa's. My father worked in the Coca Cola warehouse in the area for many years. Quite simply put their upside down Sicilian is what you come here for. It's comparable to the very well-known L&B Spumoni (originally Spumoni Gardens). Open late for those night owls. And with other solid slices here you really can't go wrong here. I know I'm know as being the Sandwich Queen, but I have a super strong opinion on Pizza as well and this hands down is one of the best slices in all of New York.
